Almost authentic Punjabi food, quite economical, no frills and functional interiors, ease of approach and commute. If you are on a budget and want to have good fill, you should visit.

In Bandra never miss to have a quick lunch,serve you really hot food all dishes are quarter plate with reasonable rates must try panner paratha,Dall Kichidi they have thali non veg option is also there will try nonveg in my next visit

Taste of food is not at much quality. Quality is medium. Tandoori roti is different from other hotels. Service is good. Not that much crowd in the afternoon. Overall rating will be 6/10.

Simple..Hygiene and Pocket friendly tasty food!! I have been going here since 2006. If you're looking for some authentic Punjabi cuisine, one shouldn't miss this restaurant. A wholesome veg meal for 2 people will cost you below Rs. 500. The service staff was quick and attentive. Sitting area was comfortable , basic but very clean. Located just 100mts from the iconic Bandra railway station, this place serves some really delicious food cooked on coal. You'll feel that rustic and earthy feel in the ambience as well as their taste. Recommendations : 1. Chaach ( Buttermilk )2. Daal Makhni 3. Dal Tadka 4. Alu Gobi 5. Makke Di Roti

Excellent! quality and taste. No compromise with the services as well quantity of dish as compared to the price. Best part is that each and every cuisines are cooked on charcoal. the restaurant and ample of space to occupy many customers. My best suggestion would bhi "Kaleji masal fry" and "anda bhurji"

Went back to National after a gap of almost 20 years and the taste is absolutely the same as it was in early 2000's. Enjoyed the Rajma, Paneer Bhurji and Kadhi Pakoda. The Laccha Paratha with chillies was also really good. Also had the chole and tomato jeera rice. Unfortunately they were out of Chaas which we really used to enjoy. This is a very affordable place with really good taste. The entire meal cost us just about Ra 650 and we had eaten till we were stuffed

Delicious food. Simple but clean seating areas. Sinks for washing hands. I recommend paneer bhurji, rajma, paratha, roti, and paneer paratha with butter...yummmm! Small Coca-colas. I also want to say how honest the staff is. I forgot my Kindle at the table and the server brought it to me as I was leaving. 10/10 recommended for flavor of the food and also great, quick service.

Have been eating food here since almost my entire life since my childhood since 1997 as far as I remember! Its aloo mutter fry and dal fry has always been our family favourite! Dad has been having food since his bachelor days and always a pleasure to visit this place and relive olden times!

I had already heard about this restaurant as it's oldest one in bandra.. Oldest doesn't mean like the parsis cafe in south Bombay they have ...it's nicely upgraded ans doesn't have AC ..but is nicely renovation done .... Clean atmosphere with excellent food with reasonable prices... Service was ok .. the quantity was sufficient for 2...
